The Patwary family has been part of the local restaurant scene for decades, known for their hospitality, quality and commitment to genuine Indian flavours. Maz grew up surrounded by kitchens filled with spices, stories and long-standing traditions. With Vegan Rasoi, he continues this legacy in a modern vegan approach while keeping the authenticity of Indian taste alive.
