Mangi is a platform that specialises in lunch delivery at lunchtime. No group orders are necessary, each person can order individually, so no coordination with colleagues is needed. We guarantee timely delivery by 12.00 noon and offer healthy meals that are not too heavy on the stomach, so that you are ready to continue working in the afternoon.
After successful registration, you can order your menu on Mangi within seconds. We accept the most common payment methods such as credit card, bank transfer, cash/cheque repas and direct debit. Our restaurant partners are carefully selected and our offers stand for variety and quality.
I AM NEW TO MANGI, HOW CAN I REGISTER AND ORDER?
Click on "Register" in the menu at the top of our homepage www.mangi.lu. Enter your professional email address and create a password. After submitting the registration you will receive an email to the email address you entered before, where you just have to click on the link to confirm your account. Afterwards you are registered at Mangi and can now benefit from the wide range of products and place your order.
ORDERSUNTIL WHEN CAN I ORDER?
Basically, every offer can be ordered until 10.45 a.m. to ensure that the food is delivered in time for the lunch break. The products will be removed from the homepage as soon as the latest purchase time is reached. This means that you can only see the products on the homepage that you can still order at that time. From 1 pm on each weekday, all products will be visible again. However, any order received at that time will be valid for the following day.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes! Click on "My account" in the navigation bar. Please note that you can only cancel your order until 9.30am on the same day of delivery. Purchases made after 9.30am cannot be cancelled.
DELIVERYWHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
Your order will be delivered to your office by 12.00 noon.
WHERE IN MY OFFICE WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
Your order will be delivered to a designated central delivery point in your company, check with your office if necessary to find out where your Mangi delivery point is. Or send us an e-mail to: moien@mangi.lu
PAYMENT AND CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
HOW CAN I PAY AT MANGI?
Mangi accepts various payment methods. We accept credit cards, direct debit, cash/cheque repas and bank transfer. You can pay cash by leaving the money in an envelope (don't forget your email address/name!) at the reception of your company or in our money box. Our driver will collect the envelopes every Thursday. You can pay for individual orders or you can load credit onto your account.
We do not take any responsibility for any cash/ physical payments, so please preferably make online payments or do not submit too high amounts. It is better to submit smaller amounts more frequently.
FURTHERI HAVE FORGOTTEN MY USERNAME AND/OR PASSWORD, HOW DO I GET A NEW ONE?
Click on "Forgot your password?" underneath the login window at www.mangi.lu. Enter your email address and a link will be sent to you to change your password.
WHAT IS THE EXPIRY DATE OF OUR PRODUCTS?
Our products are freshly prepared every morning by our restaurant partners. The expiry date is the same as the delivery date. Therefore, we recommend our customers to eat the products directly on the day of delivery. This way we can guarantee excellent quality of all dishes.
